PhilRice Isabela intensifies gender-responsiveness

Researchers at Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) in San Mateo, Isabela gear on developing and implementing gender-responsive projects in rice farming communities. The training on Gender Mainstreaming Evaluation Framework, Aug. 13, is expected to result in the station’s 70% gender-responsive level. Dr. Jocelyn Du-Pasicolan (3rd from L, seated) of the Philippine Commission on Women resource pool for Region II, trained about 30 rice workers led by branch director Engr.
